In the October 23 Special Announcement Hotline, you were provided a copy of the 2020 ROPP and Attachments. Now that you’ve read it, it is time for you to submit any proposed changes. I know you just can’t wait The deadline to submit proposed changes to ropp@detroitdeltas.org is Friday, January 1, 2021 by 11:59 p.m. The ROPP Amendment Form should be used to submit any proposed changes. Below find a link to the ROPP Amendment Form and instructions on how to fill it out. Also find links to samples of the correct and incorrect way to fill out the form. Each officer, committee chair or network affiliate point person will also receive a direct communication from your assigned ROPP Committee liaison, providing the form. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The ROPP Committee hosted a workshop that featured 30 minutes of presentation and 30 minutes of Q&A on: • The Sorority’s governance structure • How the ROPP fits into that structure • What is in the ROPP • How the amendment process works Below find the PowerPoint that was used during the workshop. After a few years of inactivity, we are ready to re-launch the Red Room for our Chapter. This is the members only section of our website that will house important chapter information as well as a chapter calendar, allowing you to sign-up for committees and so much more! Below is a quick summary on what to expect and next steps, but please refer to the attached manual for full details.
